BAY VALLEY RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER BAY CITY, Bay City – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the hotel has some character, it really needs to improve its facilities and service. The lack of basic amenities like microwaves and fridges in the rooms was a major letdown, especially at the price we paid. I had a frustrating experience with customer service, but I did appreciate some efforts made by the staff to be accommodating.

While there are a couple of nice features, like the beautiful setting and good food when you can get it, there were major issues with customer service and maintenance.
